Type 2 diabetes is when your body does not use insulin properly and in time the pancreas can not keep your glucose level down your body's cells are resistant to insulin so insulin cant get in them. Most people are commonly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

Anyone diagnosed with diabetes should do any exercise or any physical activity that gets them moving. Dancing, walking, working around the house or yard should help you with to stay moving and helps you maintain a good exercise.

The Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) is a health professional who possesses knowledge and experience in pre-diabetes, diabetes prevention, and management. They help people with diabetes better understand what diabetes is and how it can affect their life. An Ophthalmologist is a physician who specialize in the medical and surgical care of the eyes. A clinical researcher determines the safety and effectiveness of medication, devices, diagnostic products, and treatments.

Basic Recommendation for a Diabetic Diet....

People with Type 2 diabetes should maintain a healthy diet. They should eat healthy Carbohydrates daily like, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and low fat dairy. Fiber rich foods are also great for diabetics. Nuts, whole-wheat flour, and wheat bran is good for fiber. Fish is also good for diabetics. Fish such as salmon, cod, and tuna has less fat then other meats. Good fats like avocados, almonds, and pecans are good for you too. The types of food you want to avoid are saturated foods, sodium, trans fat, and cholesterol. Hot dogs, snacks, baked goods, and egg yolks are not the best for diabetic people.

People diagnosed with diabetes has to use a glucose meter. They prick their finger with the needle or point that comes out and they put the blood on a strip. On the lancing device it tells how high or low their blood is. For insulin they inject insulin with a needle in certain spots of the body.
