Celebrate
What a feeling...
Friday afternoon I got to participate in one of my most enjoyable moments in my teaching career. Sharing scores with the 5th grade team, Brandy, Annette and Emily was breath taking. We screamed, jumped up and down, danced, and cried. Although it was just us in that room, or on the phone, that was a celebration for the entire campus. We came into this year with a goal and a plan to reach that goal and across our entire campus we have been having mini celebrations all year long centered around the success of our students. I am constantly amazed at the level of hard work that you all put in on a daily basis and I could never tell you enough how appreciative I am of that. We have 20 more days to continue to push our students and watch them grow beyond what they thought was possible. I foresee many more dance parties taking place in our future and I cannot wait to shed many more happy tears. Let's cherish and be intentional with every second we have left with our students and continue to reach all of our goals!
