Kindergarten Explorers

Kindergarten has started to learn about The First Thanksgiving and the traditions that different families have to celebrate Thanksgiving. We have been reading books, writing about things we are thankful for and making Thanksgiving crafts. Our crafts will be displayed on the tables during the Thanksgiving feast at school. We are looking forward to sharing a Thanksgiving feast with our classmates and families very soon.

First Grade Explorers

First Grade had so much on our treasure hunt around the school! We have been working really hard on maps as well as our writing. We all worked together as a team to follow the map's directions and we found our treasure! This activity gave us a chance to work on creating and following a map written from another student.

Honoring all Veterans

Today we honor our US service members, and thank them for everything they have given or continue to give in service to our country. Thank you!

October PBIS Celebration

To celebrate meeting our PBIS goals in October, we held a game day in each classroom. Students got to relax and enjoy some special game time with friends. These monthly celebrations are to recognize students who are respectful, responsible, and engaged in learning. We are so proud of them!

Monday is Picture ReTake Day

Fall Picture Retake Day is November 14th. If you are not happy with your Explorer's portraits simply have your student return their original picture package to the photographer on retake day and they will replace the set at no additional cost.

Don't forget to tell them to smile!
