Sight Words

Students will be tested on Friday. Please keep the "I Can!" sight word flashcards in the red folders. We will be adding the new flashcards to the rings.

Phonemic Awareness skills: initial sounds, rhyming, and blending with syllables.

We are continuing with our writing journal where students are able to illustrate and create sentences. Students are adding more detail to both their illustrations and writing.

Students will be able to experience inner peace and calm through silence. Students will be able to suggest good things that happen in silence.


This Friday is 3 Kings Day. Both Kindergarten classes will be doing a fun activity on Friday. We are asking each student to bring in a shoe box no later than Thursday for our Three Kings Day activity on Friday, January 6th. You may decorate the shoe box with your child before they bring it in. Please make sure the students name is on the shoe box.
