The Hall Way...
Speaking of running, this past Thursday we had the 16th annual Great Pumpkin Run. Congratulations to all of the students for completing the run and to our students that placed in their grade!
This month the BE statement that we have been focusing on is BE DRIVEN. This week in PRIDE our students worked on setting goals and how they relate to BEING DRIVEN. Now would be a great time to ask your student about their goals and how they plan to accomplish them.
Have a great weekend, Warhawks!

Per the NMS handbook:
ILLNESS: Should a student begin to feel sick during the school day, he should ask the teacher for a pass to the nurse's office. The student must tell the nurse that he/she is not feeling well. Should the student be seriously ill, the nurse, or designee, will contact the family. Students are not allowed to use a cell phone or to call their parents from a classroom to tell them to pick them up from school. A student will be excused from school ONLY by the school nurse or by an administrator once already in school. Should a student be picked up without going through the nurse or administrator, the absence will be unexcused.
