Nap Mat and Change of Clothes
All families should purchase one of the following blue and red nap mats listed below:
We require your child to keep 1-2 pairs of extra clothing in our classroom, just in case! Each clothing item must have your child's name written on the tag. Thank you!
Home Visits
All families are required to participate in a home visit. These visits provide a strong foundation for this school year. They allow us to get to know you and your family better, meet your child for the first time in a comfortable location, and ensure that your child sees all of us working together as a team.
Home visits will be 30 minutes long. During the 30 minutes, we will ask you and your child "get-to-know-me" questions, allow your child to show us some of their favorite toys/games, and answer any questions you may have before the first day. This is a low-stakes, get-to-know-you, relaxed time to genuinely connect with one another.
If you do not feel comfortable meeting in your home or would like to meet elsewhere for health reasons, we can happily meet you at a public park, local coffee shop, outside at Ross, or VIRTUAL! Leave a comment on the sign-up sheet indicating your preferred location in close proximity to Ross.
