Sourwoods
Planting trees and potting plants connected students with nature and showed them their hard work makes a difference. Students helped plant Sourwood trees on campus and potted plants as a special gift for Mother's Day. Many thanks to Dellinger Wholesale Nursery and Lakeview Mercantile and Gardens to help make these activities for students a success!
Jump Rope for Heart
From the Principal's Desk
It has been an incredible year at Greenlee Primary! The last days of school represent the closing of one door and the opening of another. As we prepare to send students home, I would like to offer some simple reminders.
1.Read with your child everyday! The best way to continue learning over the summer is to READ! Reading keeps the brain active and helps retain what has been learned.
2. Be active! Help your child stay active by having play dates with friends. Be outside and enjoy one another.
3. Rest and renew. Take time to rest, but remember daily routines are a healthy habit for everyone.
I wish everyone a happy summer and thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child's journey!
