Clara Barton and her Angels

Clara Barton was born on December 25, 1821. She helped Clara was so important because she obtained and gave out needed supplies during battle. Due to this she was given the name "Angel of the Battlefield". Clara Barton found the American Red Cross in 1869. the American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education inside the United States. This organization had lots of support. In 1865, Clara decided to organize another group that would soliders listed as missing in action. Clara died on Good Friday, April 12, 1912 in Glen Echo, Maryland.
