Our Mission:
Digital Safety: Grades 4, 5 and 6 Assemblies Coming Up
In an effort to help our Lincoln students understand the importance of internet safety, Lincoln School will be hosting Digital Safety Education assemblies for our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students on April 28th. This presentation is developed and delivered through the office of the Illinois Attorney General, Kwame Raoul. The focus of this presentation covers the following topics.
Privacy & Safe Accounts
Cyberbullying & Positive Digital Citizenship
Appropriate Posts/Digital Footprint
Image Sharing & Predatory Risks
Trusted Adults & Reporting.
With the current rise in the use of the internet and Social Media by school aged children, we hope to help prepare and support our students for future success as they begin to access the Internet, Social Media, and myriad cell phone apps as they get older.

Teacher Appreciation
Teachers inspire us all year long, but next month is a special time for you to show how you feel. Teacher Appreciation Day is May 3, 2022. The one-five Foundation offers a wonderful way to acknowledge someone who has made a lasting impact and supports innovative education. It is easy to participate in this much-appreciated TEACHER TRIBUTE PROGRAM. Your contribution will be a welcome recognition for the teachers or staff you name, and it will help the Foundation continue its work on behalf of all District 15 students.
Tributes will run from April 4-28, 2022. For additional information please visit www.one-five.org
Help for Lincoln School Nurse
Dear parents,
It is now Spring time and your children love playing outdoors during recess. Due to snow and rain, there are often mud and puddles which makes for muddy clothes. Usually we can offer a child another pair of socks or pants as needed (since their own clothes are muddy or wet). Our supply of pants and socks is almost gone. We need new or used clean pants and socks for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade.
Please drop them off at the nurses office.
THANKS for your help in keeping our children safe and happy.

Registration Update 22 - 23
Online student registration for the 2022-23 school year is now open. If you have not already started this process for your student(s), please visit our registration page to start this process. Here is a link to a tutorial if needed.
Registration is the first step in getting ready for the up-coming school year. After you register your child online you need to:
Pay student fees. Our student fee webpage outlines the District’s student fee structure and the three ways fees can be paid.
If you have a student that is starting Kindergarten, entering fourth grade, or entering 7th grade, you are required to prove residency in District 15. Our residency webpage outlines the documents you will need to provide to prove residency.
All three steps of the enrollment process must be completed prior to the start of the school year. Students of families that, when required, do not prove residency, will not be able to attend class in a District 15 until the family’s residency is verified.
