MAP Testing Checklist
____USE THE TOOLS. Please make sure students have used the tools.
____Make sure the MAP icon is on all your computers. If not, notify Brandon Randall.
_____Distribute the parent letter. (Please note the letter tells students to be on time and
to bring ear buds/headphones. Please tell the students this information as well.)
____Distribute student tickets to the teacher who is administering the test. Make sure all
SPED student tickets have been distributed. Please use the small group assignment list to determine who will be testing students. Make sure all MAP testing items are secure.
____Make sure you have graph paper, pencils, file folders for dividers, etc. These items are available in the conference room if you need them. Math teachers will coordinate the calculator distribution. You may use copy paper for scratch paper. All paper should be shredded after testing.
____If you have extra power cords/strips that could be used please label them and bring
them to the office conference room. If you need a power cord/strip please come get them prior to testing day.
____Remove or cover items in your room that have content.
____If you have extra devices in your room please let Teresa (Adams) Cunningham know.
Please noteāon Tuesday, April 26th sixth and seventh grade lunch will be switched to
accommodate testing.
