After all your hard work - you deserve some lunch! Mark your calendars and come with your team to celebrate your successes, claim prizes, and cheer on award winners! Attend a Mindful Yoga Class
This relaxing and gentle yoga class brings a strong focus of breath work and movement to create a mindful experience. Great for those new to Yoga and those looking for a more meditative practice.

Come join us for our next Albers Executive Speaker Series event. Bill Ruckelshaus is the president and CEP of Blucora, and will be our featured speaker for the evening.
Interfaith Prayer for Peace
An interfaith gathering for prayer, music, poetry & reflections for peace, as part of Interfaith Harmony Week at Seattle University.
Zen Meditation
Take time from your busy schedule and explore meditation in the Zen tradition. Join Eddie Salazar from Jesuit Mission and Identity for what’s sure to be a grounding hour of learning and practice. Attendees are kindly asked to eat lunch before or after this event.
National Girls & Women in Sport Day
Celebrate National Girls & Women in Sport Day with student-athletes in the Connolly Center Lobby! There will be a photo booth, appearance by Rudy, snacks, and a festive atmosphere. Postcards (and postage) commemorating the day will be available to mail to those who have inspired you!
Prayer, Poetry, and Praise
Come to the Well’s Wednesday evening prayer, poetry, and praise. This week’s SU Christian worship service will feature professional live music and a guest local poet sharing her work. Come at 6:30pm to share food and company; the service to follow.
2015 Internship Fair
Career Services, in partnership with the Albers Placement Center, is proud to host the 2015 Internship fair. Are you looking for work experience in your field of study? Have you always wanted to learn more about a specific industry but aren’t sure yet if it is something you wish to pursue as a career? Attend the 2015 Internship Fair to meet with internship employers who are looking to fill their internships.
Walks with Athletics
Join our Athletics staff for a weekly walk around SU Park during lunch time. This is a great opportunity to get to know our staff, and ask us any questions you have while staying active!
Battle of the Bands
One school. One battle. Five bands. Join SEAC for this year's incredible display of talent at our annual Battle of the Bands 2015! Enjoy live music from talented musicians from Seattle University as they perform in front of you and a panel of judges to become the winning band!
- Enjoy Cajun spiced popcorn, mini corndogs, virgin Hurricanes, and more!
- Text to vote for your favorite band! The winning band will have the opportunity to play at this year's Quadstock.
- Tickets are $5 at the CAC and can be purchased beginning on January 23rd.
