Staff Highlight- Jade
Jade has worked for RVDL for 1.5 years. She has 4 kiddos (3 girls and 1 boy)! During quarantine, she has been working through her TBR (To Be Read) pile and is currently reading Burned by Ellen Hopkins. She lives with 2 dogs, Sadie and Hamilton. She loves eating anything spicy, especially Mexican food. After quarantine, she is most looking forward to getting to take her kids to the nearby playground. She was born and raised in Port Byron, and after moving away for a few years, she decided to move back to the area to raise her kids. She loves her job because of the opportunities to help others and share new ideas.

Trivia Answer
1984 by George Orwell
"Winston Smith, a hero with no heroic qualities, longs only for truth and decency. But living in a social system in which privacy does not exist and where those with unorthodox ideas are brainwashed or put to death, he knows there is no hope for him.
The year 1984 has come and gone, yet George Orwell's nightmare vision of the world we were becoming in 1949 is still the great modern classic portrait of a negative Utopia."-Amazon
