Make time for YOUThink of all the HOPEFUL things you can say and do
Appreciate all the things you are doing that are right
If you are like me, taking 1 minute is better than not at all
Here is a 5 minute if that works for you
Write for 5 minutes in a JOURNAL
Distract yourself by watching a funny movie or video
When the kids are in bed take a relaxing bath
Paint draw or listen to some music that you love
Dance in the kitchen (listen to the music on your earphones and go to a wild and wonderful place in your mind)
Be kind to yourself.
