Shakespeare's Biography
Shakespear was born in Stanford-upon- Avon in the year of 1564. He just so happened to become a actor and poet. When he was 18 years old he married 26 year old, Anna Hathaway. Shakespeare had 3 children, Susanna, Hamnet, and Judith. In 1599, he became the joint owner of the Famous Globe Theater.
Famous Plays
Shakespear wrote many famous plays. He wrote tragedy plays, such as Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, and Othello. He also wrote three history plays, Henry IV, Julius Caesar, and Antony & Cleopatra. Shakespear wrote three comedy plays, The Comedy of Errors, Alls Well that Ends Well, and A Midsummer Nights Dream.
Shakespear's Style
Shakespears had style, he used the use of metaphors, soliloouies, prologues, asides, imagery, symbolism, foreshadowing, and denouement.
The Globe Theater
The Globe theater was built close the same style as the Colosseum. There were many deaths of the boy actors due to lead poisning because of the lead in their makeup. The Globe theater had 1500 or more people attend the theater. Although, the theater was torn down in 1644.
