Campus Ministry Wishlist
If you are looking for easy service points and/or a way to get rid of some clutter, then read below and see if you have any items that are on the Campus Ministry Wishlist:
- Wii or Wii U and Wii/Wii U games
- Play Station 4 and PS4 games
- Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch games
- Board games
You get one service point per item you donate. Please deliver items to the Campus Ministry Office or drop them off in the front office.

Dine to Donate at BJ's Brewhouse
If you miss attending tonight's Parents Association Dine to Donate at Raising Cane's on Franklin, don't worry because you can enjoy dinner at BJ's Brewhouse. The SLPA is hosting another Dine to Donate on September 19 at BJ's Brewhouse. Staple your receipt to a Time, Talent, and Treasure form, complete the form, and return it to the school so you can get one point for your Time, Talent, and Treasure.

Volunteers Needed for Friday's Game
- One volunteer to work the gate - need to be at the stadium at 6:00 p.m.
- One volunteer to work at the concession stand during the second half of the game.

Your are Invited to Meet Kathryn Whitaker
Kathryn Whitaker is a popular blogger, Dr. Pepper super fan, Aggie-loving, Type A mom of six (teen to toddler) children with a personality the size of her native Texas. She will be speaking at St. Mary's Catholic School-West on October 16 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. She will be sharing her journey and challenges to living an authentic and joy-filled life with a lot of love, faith, BBQ, sweet tea, and Jesus.

Freshman Class Retreat
Freshman Class Retreat is Wednesday, October 2.
Get excited for the upcoming Freshman Class Retreat! We are going to have an awesome time.
Here is what you need to know:
When: Wednesday, October 2nd from 8:15-3:15
Where: St. Jerome Catholic Church
Transportation: We will leave on a bus from Reicher at 8:15am and then the bus will pick us up from St. Jerome's and get us back to Reicher by 3:30pm.
Food: We will have plenty of snacks and a catered lunch (TBA soon). We will make sure to have options for those with food allergies.
What to bring: Water bottle, jacket
What to wear: School appropriate spirit dress. No shorts, please. I would also suggest wearing tennis shoes!
What to expect: Good food, great talks, fun activities, spending time with one another, and spending time with Jesus
Permission forms: These will be handed out to the students at the beginning of NEXT week, so please be on the lookout for those and make sure to turn them in before the retreat.

Junior - Class ring presentation will be October 9, 2019, at 10:15 a.m.during FIT.
Junior - Class ring orders will be due on Friday October 18, 2019, at 9:40 a.m. during FIT. Down payment will be due with orders.
Senior - Senior invitations and graduation order form presentation is Monday, November 4, 2019.
Senior - Senior invitation and graduation orders forms are due on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, during lunch. 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Down payment will be due with orders. All seniors must turn in a packet even if they do not buy the invitations. Your cap and gown information is on the order form. There is no charge for the cap and gown.
Senior Trip to Baylor
The Seniors will be taking a field trip to Baylor on September 24, 2019. The students will depart from RCHS at 9:45 a.m. and return before 1:00 p.m. The students will experience an exhibit at the university near Truett Seminary. Permission slip forms have been sent home and are due back to Mr. Chaparro on September 20, 2019. Here is a description of the trip:
An interactive tour of life in the developing world.
This free event features an interactive journey through the true stories of children living in developing countries like the Philippines, Kenya, Uganda and the Dominican Republic.
In over 2,000 square feet of interactive exhibit space, visitors will step inside homes, markets and schools — without getting on a plane. Each child's story starts in poverty but ends in hope.
There will be an assignment associated with this trip.

Spring Break Trip
An informational parent meeting will be Monday, September 23, at at 6:00 p.m. in St. Joseph Hall. This year we will be traveling to Greece and Italy to see places like the Parthenon, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Colosseum.

If we have 10 people that sign up after the meeting on September 23 and before October 7th, we will receive a $1,000 scholarship to share amongst the group.
Mr. Veselka is Available for Math Tutoring
Mr. Veselka is available for math tutoring during FIT, lunch, and after and before school. He will even help dual credit students. Please see him in Room 215 or email him at hveselka@reicher.org
