Board Briefs March 2023
Panther Nation,
Exciting times in LHISD! We are gearing up for the home stretch to the end of the school year and Bond 2023. With springtime comes so many memorable activities throughout the district. It is also a busy time as the Texas Legislature is in session. I encourage you to pay attention and stay in contact with your state and local legislators, as many bills may affect Liberty Hill ISD, all public schools, and all taxpayers. Our legislature has also prioritized school safety, and we look forward to seeing those bills this session.
The board had a great meeting Monday night. LHISD is blessed with a great board that is very supportive of the students, staff and community. As a reminder, in addition to the Bond Election, LHISD has two board places on the ballot this May. You can find out more information on our webpage.
I hope you and your family had a wonderful spring break and continue to have a great school year. I am proud to serve this community as superintendent.
