EVHS Q1 Mid-Term Connection Week
October 7 - October 14, 2020
Mid-Term Connection Week: 10/7 - 10/14
For many, it feels like we just got the school year started, but mid-term weeks is upon us! In lieu of in-person parent/teacher conferences this year, we will be focusing on Mid-Term Connections for students and families from Wednesday, October 7th - Wednesday, October 14th.
At Eastview, we believe it is important for our students to:
- understand themselves as learners
- grow their abilities to realistically reflect on their progress
- are able to develop a plan for their grown
- develop ownership for their learning
Our teachers provide opportunities for students to reflect on their progress, celebrate their successes, and seek additional support when needed.
In addition to providing these opportunities for our students, we are committed to supporting you, as families and caregivers. Although it may look different this year, we want to help you make the connections necessary to be able to encourage, nurture, support and celebrate the learning of your students. Please see below for more information about our plan for Mid-Term Connection Week.
