This Week


This week in math we will be continuing our work with percent as we begin simple interest and real world applications such as tax, commission, fees and gratuities. There will be an assignment posted in Schoology on Wednesday and it will be due on Friday. Each day from 2 -3 pm I will be in zoom for any of my math students who are needing help.

World Geography

This week students will be introduced to Sub-Saharan Africa. They will also be learning about political cartoons and how to analyze them to learn more about a topic.

The following locations are available for grab and go lunches for children beginning March 30th (please note that Westwood Elementary has been added):

Meals are free for ALL children age 1-18. Children receive a lunch and a breakfast for the next day. Children must be present to receive the meals.

United Way of JC-GC also provides family meal kits which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
