Regency Knights! "Do What's Right!"

Mrs. Estelia Wallace - Proud Principal

December 7, 2020 - Happy Monday!

RP family,

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. We were blessed with beautiful weather. I do love living in Texas!

As expected, the first week of December flew by. There are only two weeks left in the first semester. Let's encourage and help our Knights to finish strong. Tutoring will continue for the next two weeks as scheduled: Mondays are Math tutoring days and Tuesdays are Reading tutoring days. It is important to let your child's teacher know if your child will be staying for tutoring. Tutoring times are 3:15 - 4:00 p.m.

Our super PTA Executive Board members have goodie bags for our virtual students at the main office. The goodie bags may be picked up at the time of the hearing and vision screening. If your virtual instruction child is in Prek, Kinder, 1st, 3rd, or 5th grade, please sign up for the required hearing and vision testing being done this week by Nurse Cuellar. Please click here to sign up your virtual student for their in-person hearing and vision screening at Regency Place Elementary.

Your continued support for what we are doing has a positive impact on our success.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at ewalla@neisd.net if there is anything I can help you with.

Here for you!

Winter Party Treats from our very own School Nutrition Department

During this pandemic, everything looks different including holiday classroom parties. Our school nutrition department has created a way for parent(s) to purchase treats for the entire class for a celebration on Friday, Dec. 18th. Please click here for the Winter Party Treat flyer.

*NEW* Face Covering Guidelines starting November 30th

Face coverings help reduce the spread of COVID-19 by reducing droplets if the face covering is worn securely over the nose and mouth. According to the CDC, cloth face coverings offer some protection to you and are also meant to protect those around you, in case you are infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 and don’t have any symptoms. Certain types of face coverings are more effective than others. Beginning November 30, 2020, masks with valves will not be permitted for students or employees. Gaiters and bandanas will only be permitted for outdoor use. Thank you for taking the time to read this information. If you have any questions, please contact Health Services. Click here for more information about the new guidelines.
