Last Day Events
- The LAST DAY of school is coming and we are celebrating. We will be honoring our 5th graders by having them walk the building beginning at 10:00. 5th graders will enter through K doors and enter the gym through the gym doors across from cafeteria. All grade levels fill the hallways. I ask that your students create signs or banners to celebrate 5th graders accomplishments ad we will have music over the intercom. 5th graders will lead us into the gym and all other grade levels will follow,
- Assembly will be comprised of 5th grade celebrations, 100% attendance student recognition, PE awards for 5th graders, and lots of other excitement. Lyon Leadership has offered each of you to work together to come up with a short skit (or something) to entertain our kiddos. We will call this portion the LYON VARIETY SHOW. We will group grade levels: K-1, 2-3, 4-5, will work together to come up with something. Counselors, office staff, and specials teachers will work together. Aides and SpEd, feel free to jump on a team as well.
