Your Vote is Needed
Dear Membership,
Your MASSW State and Region board has been working over the past year on updating our Policies and Procedures and our By-Laws. These are the two documents that guide all the workings of our board. The Policies and Procedures document guides how we do business; if any changes are needed, the person responsible for the area of work brings the issue to the board for discussion and possible change via a vote by the Board (i.e. no membership vote is needed). The By-Laws define the structure of the board. Changes to the bylaws were approved by the Board at the June, 2016 retreat. The By-Laws were introduced to the Membership at the 2016 Annual Meeting. Now the changes in the By-Laws need to be voted on by the entire membership.
Changes are noted by crossing out current language and highlighting new changes in red.
By 1/4/17, please vote on the 2016 MASSW By-Law changes by clicking on the voting button below.
Thank you so much for your participation!
