As our first quarter comes to a close it's time to reflect on the success of our students, faculty, and staff this last 9 weeks. Our CMS students, team and community continue to reach greatness everyday.
We at CMS look forward to another successful quarter of the 2022-2023 school year.

WNHS Homecoming Parade
CMS understands the tradition of WNHS Parade and the school fully supports student and spectator participation, please ensure to follow the check-out system and sign the agreement form if you plan on your child being picked up early on Friday 10/7.
The parade is NOT an excused absence.
What's happening around CMS?
Thank you to our community for joining us for our Open House, it was a success!
Students in Mrs. Stevenson's and Mrs. Reynolds' classes spent time learning about Martin Luther's 95 thesis. To further the learning, students were tasked with writing their own ideas of things they would like to see changed at CMS, and "posted" them to Mrs. Shumate and Mr. Goodwin's door.
Rambler of the Month
This year we will be recognizing some of our students monthly that embody what it means to be a CMS Rambler. These students are selected by teachers based on an overarching character trait for the month.
October's character trait is Responsible.

Ms. Mcneese is our School Related Employee for 2022-2023. Ms. Mcneese is a paraprofessional who works with our Access point students. Thank you for your dedication to our students and community.

Car Drop-off and Pick-up
Car riders should be dropped off in the car loop. Students should not be dropped off anywhere along Old Dixie Highway, as this presents a safety concern and traffic issue.
Car drop-off begins at 8:45 AM.
