OVHS Counseling Newsletter
November 20, 2020
OVHS Families:
As we head to our Thanksgiving Break, we are looking for some bright spots in a very tough year. Here are some reasons we find to be thankful this season.
We would like to send a heartfelt message of gratitude to our Active Duty and Armed Services Veterans. Their sacrifices in service of our country should be remembered and honored everyday, not just November 11th.
We are thankful for you, to be able to serve such a wonderful group of students and parents and be members of the larger Val Verde USD and Perris communities!
There is still time to work on improving grades. We have implemented Coyote Catch-ups to ensure students can complete assignments that will positively impact grades. Please see the details and schedule of dates for Coyote Catch-ups below. Please encourage your student to attend these sessions so that they can complete missing work that will help improve their grades.
It is very important that you check your VVUSD email and Google Classrooms Daily to stay informed!
Parents: Keep logging in to your parent portal for the most up to date attendance and grades for your students!
