Language Arts
This week we finished reading Shiloh and watched the movie. On Wednesday, each student presented their shoe box scene in front of the class. Our overarching question while reading this novel was "What are the many facets of heroism?". We had so much fun diving into Shiloh over the last few weeks! We will be completing two more novel units throughout the year.
Writing
In writing, we are currently focusing on creating a brainstorming web that branches off of our big ideas as well as using good transition words to strengthen our writing. Our current prompt is focused on fun winter activities!
