The Weekly Update
Week of 1/22/24
Good morning, everyone!
I hope you had a lovely weekend with the break from the freezing cold weather. I know my family certainly did. Loving the rain this morning too!
We have now officially started 2nd semester of the 23/24 school year! Please read over the information below carefully, and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
Dates to Remember/Things to Do:
- If you have not done so, please mark attendance as soon as possible! I resent the directions email- some did not receive it Friday, so I apologize for that!
- Friday, February 2 - LP5 work sample due (details below)
- Feb 6 - 13 - LP5 meetings (check your calendar and/or with me!)

- Student first and last name (they must write their own name- for TK/K, you may write their last name)
- Date the assignment was completed (Between 1/22/24 and 2/23/24)- please make sure it's a school day- Saturdays, Sundays and any holidays won't be accepted)
- Subject (Math this time for TK-8th)
- A grade from you (TK-3rd grade can be a star or happy face, 4th-12th grade must be a percentage, letter grade, or ratio)
*Remember, this must be a sample of student's best work!

End of Year Ordering
The Plan:
All materials and products must be requested by March 17th.
If there is an error on an order, the ordering department will reach out to re-enter and re-approve the order but we will only be given 3 days to do so before it is entirely rejected.
All Services must be requested by April 12th. From April 1st through the 12th, you can request certificates for May, June, and July.
You can see more details here: EOY Ordering Resources
Returns
If you have some non-consumable items you would like to return, you will be able to bring them to the Heartland Conference in March, and also the graduation ceremonies in June, BUT you MUST complete the returns process first! The classified team will not accept the items if you just bring them without completing the required steps first.
Please complete the Returns Survey and select the appropriate event as your return location.
This is optional if you plan on returning for the 24/25 school year!
