Join us on October 24, 2016 for assistance in applying to the newest teacher cohort in the South Valley - PUSD/Fresno State MS Credential Program, Cohort 1!
PUSD/Fresno State Multiple Subject Cohort Orientation/Application Session
Fresno State MS Credentialing Program will offer four sessions throughout the day to serve you in the application process to begin in the Spring 2017 Semester! The session offerings are as follows:
Session 1: 9:30a -11:00a * Session 2: 11:00a -12:30p * Session 3: 12:30p - 2:00p * Session 4: 2:00p-3:30p
The Liaison will provide a brief orientation each session and then, provide technical assistance in order to have you ready to start your journey of becoming an Elementary School teacher in PUSD and the surrounding areas THIS SPRING 2017.
*IMPORTANT* Bring the following items to your session:
- A copy of your unofficial transcripts from Community College and/or Universities of attendance (will need official transcripts sent in at a later time) to demonstrate:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or senior status or 90 units toward graduation (with the exception of the Blended Degree Program)
- a GPA of 2.67 or higher overall or 2.75 or higher in the last 60 units
- Negative TB test documentation using form http://www.fresnostate.edu/kremen/documents/credential/medical.pdf
- LiveScan documentation see http://www.fresnostate.edu/kremen/documents/Certificate_of_Clearance_Instructions.pdf
- Passing Basic Skills Requirement with CBEST, ACT or SAT documentation
- Passing CSET documentation. Registration and test information may be obtained at http://www.cset.nesinc.com
- Completion of EHD 50, approved course, or Preprogram 45 hrs waiver using http://www.fresnostate.edu/kremen/documents/credential/EHD50WaiverRevised.pdf
