Report Cards

Reminder - report cards have gone out for PK4-8th grade students via email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam, filters, and folders. If you still do not see it, login to FACTS/Renweb, and make sure your account is in good standing. Outstanding balances may result in a report card hold until cleared. It’s also a good time to make sure your email address and other contact information is correct. If there have been any changes, please update your family account to reflect the changes.

Uniform Check

Is it just us, or did all our students grow over the break? Now is a great time to check that items still fit properly and are in good condition. Skirts, jumpers, and shorts should be replaced if the hemline is more than 4 inches from the top of the knee cap. Please take some time to review our uniform guidelines in the family handbook. We would like our students to always look their best! We will send out information about exchanging items at the Uniform Closet in the near future!

Winter MAP Assessments

It is very important your child is present, healthy, and well-rested on assessment days. Please try to avoid appointments or late arrivals on MAP days. Our Archdiocesan-assigned time for winter MAP assessments is January 17th-February 3rd. We will share results with guardians later this year.

We assess student academic growth in our second through eighth grade cohorts three times a year using NWEA MAP Growth. MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) provides teachers with accurate, and actionable evidence to help target instruction for individual students or small groups, and to differentiate instruction in a way that benefits and challenges all of our students.
