2019 Bond and Local Option Levy Information
The local option tax levy was last passed in 2014 and is set to expire following the 2019-20 school year. The local option tax levy currently funds approximately 80 teachers across the school district. That tax levy is not expected to raise the current tax rate experienced by voters. Learn more about both the capital bond and local option, including the major construction projects the capital bond would fund if approved by voters.

2019-20 Bus Routes Now Available
Our 2019-20 Bus Routes are now posted on the District Website and available in FamilyLink. Make sure to view up-to-date routes before the start of the school year. If you have specific requests regarding your student(s)' regular pickup or dropoff location, please access the school district's FamilyLink system. Navigate to the 'Bus Information' portion of FamilyLink to fill out a request. Note that available space on a bus is a primary consideration when allowing these requests.
Families can request to be picked up or dropped off at an alternative existing location, but the district will not create new or unplanned stops or routes for requests. Families are encouraged to submit requests now as the process could take up to two weeks.
More information regarding bus routes, including snow routes, can be found under the Community Tab of the district website.

Familiarize Yourself with the 2019-20 School Calendar
Note that a recent adjustment for all middle and high schools moved the last day of Quarter 2 and Semester 1 to January 24, better aligning the number of instructional hours in the first and second semesters. January 27 is now a certified workday. There is no school for middle or high schools on January 27.

Volunteer in WLWV Schools!
The West Linn-Wilsonville School District uses HelpCounter for volunteer registration and sign-in to increase safety and security for all students. Interested volunteers can register to volunteer in WLWV schools by visiting the Volunteer Registration webpage. Simply select 'Start' to fill out your application, which includes a background check. The first time that volunteers sign-in to volunteer at any WLWV school they will be prompted to accept a Volunteer Agreement.
Volunteers must also re-register every three years, or when volunteering at a new school. Note that volunteer coaches register through a different process. Contact your school's athletic director or principal for more information.
