Cinnamon Butternut Squash

1 large butternut squash

3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp freshly black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In a large bowl toss butternut squash with other ingredients
  3. Then roast for 45 min. when edges are browned remove from oven. Then check butternut squish around 35 min. to make sure its not over cooked.
