Cinnamon Butternut Squash

Ingredient
1 large butternut squash
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a large bowl toss butternut squash with other ingredients
- Then roast for 45 min. when edges are browned remove from oven. Then check butternut squish around 35 min. to make sure its not over cooked.
