Castle Rock Communiqué

We Love Our Knights!

February 1, 2021 (Week twenty three)

Happy Sunday Castle Rock Families!

Happy February! We had such a fun and meaningful week, celebrating the 100th day of school, with dressing up and special activities, as well as Kindness Week. So many pictures were taken and activities completed. Thank to you all who sent in pictures of the special dress days, gratitude jars, flowers for our Kindness Garden, and sharing all the wonderful ways your child is continuing to do to spread kindness. So proud of our families for making a difference in the world.

Many family and class pictures were posted on our Twitter page! Don't forget to send pictures to for the yearbook.

Our big news this upcoming week is that Mr. Jason Eldridge will officially become our Castle Rock Knight Principal! He had the opportunity to meet the staff and is looking forward to meeting all our wonderful kids in their Zoom classes over the next couple of weeks. If you would like to welcome him, his district email is I am looking forward to working alongside him during these next few days. He will be sending a message to all families this week.

As I hand the baton over to Mr. Eldridge, I want to thank you for entrusting us with your children each and everyday. I truly have enjoyed every moment of my time "back home at Castle Rock." The students, staff and family community are still as amazing as they always have been in the past!

Please continue to keep in touch with your child's teacher or Mr. Eldridge with any questions you may have.

All my gratitude,

Jackie Brown
