WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
OGHS Staff Edition 4.8.20
WELLNESS AT HOME
Hello team,
Our lives have been deeply impacted by this illness. I want to take time to recognize the loss and changes we have experienced as individuals, families and as a community resulting from this illness. Remember to lean into one another during these times, we are not alone, physical distancing does not have to equal social/emotional distancing.
I hope you are taking some time away from the computer to relax for spring break. We will begin distance learning next week on April 14, 2020. Preparing to teach our students in this new platform can feel intimidating and overwhelming; however, it can also offer us an opportunity to learn and grow along with our students. As we prepare for this week we can work on cultivating a growth mindset, practice self-care and be compassionate of ourselves and others.
Stay safe and be your own personal best!
