Principal's Message
Dear Ride Families,
We hope you are enjoying the summer break! This is the time of the summer when parents start thinking about school starting. We are just as ready for the kids to come back, as you are ready for them to come back!! Conroe ISD will start in-person daily school on August 11, 2021.
And we can not be any more excited!!
Our Theme for this year is "It's the Little Things that make a BIG Difference" - I love this theme because it can be interpreted in everything we do. -- from the littles --- to the drilling down into the data and details for our students, to the character traits and the way we interact with each other.
The school is undergoing major renovations this summer. Even though most of the work was done between the ceiling and the roof and may not be visible at a glance. It was very important work. Ride received a brand new, state of the art HVAC system, LED lights, security and technology wiring, etc... It is going to be awesome. Thanks to the community for passing the bonds and CISD for scheduling extensive work to improve our learning environment.
The construction company has been awesome and we are on schedule (even a little ahead) to open school on August the 11th.
Please be sure to watch Dr. Null's YouTube Live on Wednesday, July 28th. He will be sharing the districts plan for opening schools fully and in person as well as other important items.
