All Pro Dad is teaming up with Operation Give Back - 11/20/19
You are invited to the Maple Dale Elementary All Pro Dads breakfast on Wednesday November 20th from 8-9am in the school cafeteria. This free monthly breakfast is sponsored by fathers, the PTO, and local businesses.
We will have a guest speaker from Operation Give Back and learn how we can support the work they do!
When you think about what people want most in life, it is happiness. Even the Declaration of Independence states that we have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But what we are really looking for is contentment. How do we help our kids find that?
If attending please RSVP by noon on Monday November 18th via the link below so the correct amount of food is ordered.

Reminders- please do not walk your child to their classroom, please park down at the district offices to free parking spaces for staff members, and please be aware that a school delay or closure cancels the breakfast.
Please consider making a donation to support an upcoming meeting. Checks can be made out to “Maple Dale PTO” with “All Pro Dads” in the memo line and given to Greg or Doug.

https://www.dwellsmart.com/pages/how-to-compost-pumpkins
...if you’ve never composted before, a pumpkin is a simple way to start.
- For uncarved pumpkins, remove the insides for cooking (you can also compost the insides; composting the seeds may result in pumpkin plants next year)
- Remove any candles or wax.
- Find a spot in your yard for your pumpkin’s final resting spot. This should be out of the way of daily activity. A sunny spot will speed the composting process.
- Place your carved pumpkin in the spot and smash it a bit or allow kids to have fun smashing it a lot.
- Cover it with a layer of leaves.
- And, let nature do its work. Worms will turn your pumpkin into nourishing compost.
