If You <3 Creative Writing...
Boom Site Intensive delves into storytelling
Join best selling YA authors and esteemed literary professionals at StoryArk's new creative space on Main Street in Stillwater as we ponder the fundamentals of storytelling. Learn to write "really good dialogue" by eavesdropping in coffee shops, consider conflict as you "battle" the South Hill stairs, and discover how to make your setting sing while peering through the bars of the old prison caves. Novel? Short story? Screenplay? Podcast? Graphic novel? Poetry? Song lyrics? All require the basics of storytelling - something students in grades 6 through 12 will explore as they write the stories most meaningful to them.
