Curriculum Resources Updates
New Curriculum Resources (K-8)
Here is a quick update on the status of the physical copies of our curriculum materials that were ordered in March. The physical shipment from all vendors had been since buildings have been closed. All teachers have been given full online access to all of these resources as chosen by their school since we began Remote Learning and will continue to have digital access during the summer for planning if needed. Our warehouse team is organizing shipments now that we have limited access to buildings with arrival dates over the summer. We will continue to keep you in the loop during this process.
Teacher Access to Resources in Their Classroom
Each building principal has developed a curbside plan and modified staff check-out procedure that is aligned with our district, health, and state guidelines to keep everyone safe. There seems to be confusion among teachers around grabbing additional materials from their rooms during the checkout process. Please connect with your school's leadership team with any questions around your staff checkout schedule.
If you need any support related to curriculum resources please please fill out this form.

What a unique school year this has been! With the finish line finally in plain sight, we wanted to offer you, your students, and their parents a special boost of motivation to finish strong. To do this, we have invited LaVonna Roth, creator and founder of Ignite your S.H.I.N.E, to create some “Motivational Monday” videos for you!
Click HERE for LaVonna's next video!
LaVonna Roth’s mission is to transform education by empowering educators to find greatness within their students and themselves. Using the lens of brain research and social-emotional learning, she strives to motivate educators to meet the needs of the whole child while also taking care of their own needs. A former elementary and secondary educator and a Mom, she is able to understand the challenges facing our educators and parents today and offers her support and wisdom to create a “Shinetastic” educational experience for all.
In addition to her motivational video, LaVonna has graciously provided access for all teachers to her “Ignite your S.H.I.N.E.” curricular resource. This SEL resource, offered for all grade levels PreK-12, gives lesson ideas and suggestions to help teachers engage students in their own social-emotional development. With the strain of quarantine beginning to take its toll on our students, these lessons may be a great way to help your students finish strong!
