We are back from DIrector's Summit in Napa and are inspired, motivated and trained for an incredible 2016! The Chairman of Stella & Dot's board, Mike Lohner spoke about INTENTION. Intention to live, love, work and succeed. He spoke about how things don't happen by mistake... If you want something in life or your S&D career - have INTENTION!!

I had the best time, it definitely was an incredible few days of connecting with friends, our amazing community, got great training, and filled my cup! I love that our JOB gives us the opportunity to travel and that when you set your mind to accomplish a goal anything is possible. IT’s crazy to me that it was only 2.5 years ago I made up my mind to do this business full time, provide a flexible income and lifestyle for my family, and design I life I love. I’m still pinching myself that I am in the top 1% of stylists in this company and that I get to go to work every day leading you! My heart is so full of gratitude for what we do, and I am more motivated then ever to help each of you achieve your goals in 2016. Let’s do this!

For the entire month of February, Your Upline Stars and Associate Directors will be leading a 4 week call series on Zoom with INTENTIONAL ideas, coaching and strategies to help YOU reach your why and help promote a SKY FULL OF STARS!.

Join our Sky Full of Stars Call Series!

Your upline Stars and Associate Directors and I are incredibly excited to offer the team a month long series to coach stylists to STAR stylist.

With our new compensation plan, promoting to Star is more attainable than ever and WE believe that we can have a Sky Full of STARS with this Team! We will provide you with the plan, inspirations, action and training to promote!
