Principal Manning's Message
Greetings,
I hope everyone had a great weekend. We have a few days to work hard before the Christmas break. Every minute and moment count. Please join us this week for our academic and extra-curricular events. The middle school student conferences and the open house went extremely well! Thank you, parents, for signing up to come, and hopefully, in March, we will have more parents who will be able to come to see the growth and improvements in our student's academic achievements. We will also have another open house in the Spring.
A friendly reminder, there are no checkouts after three o'clock unless it is an emergency. Students are learning from 8:30-3:30.
Let's continue to model the importance of school attendance.
- Get to school on time.
- Don't check in and out of school unless it's for an excused reason
- Turn in all excuses to the office promptly
- Be involved and supportive of all aspects of our school.
And lastly,
Thank you for being so supportive of our sports activities. It means a lot to our students, faculty & staff! We encourage everyone to use the S2-Pass App. But if not, we take credit or debit cards at the gate.
Go INDIANS!

Mrs. Kellie Freeman Important AP News To Use! Take a look!
The AP teachers would like to Highlight each AP course once a month. This month we'd like to highlight AP Calculus AB/BC. Check out this video from a former AP Calculus student:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=16&v=dF5FIgZusxM&feature=emb_logo.
The two main concepts that AP Calculus covers are change and accumulation. The first half of the course studies change, while the second half of the course studies accumulation. Currently, Calculus students are studying the average and instantaneous rates of change as events happen with a focus on speed, velocity, and acceleration. We're attempting to predict and solve real-world problems, such as whether it is safe to land a care package dropped from a helicopter or dive off a cliff.
