Jessica McGuiness Bio

Hi CAP families!

I thought a quick little bio for you would be nice as you've surely seen my name and contact info on everything to do with CFA.

I am married, I have 4 kids, Audrey, Luci, Brantley (are Concord students), Joey (usually see him tagging along with me to school events) and we added a German Shepard puppy to our hot mess over the holidays! As a family we love to be outside. We take full advantage of the amazing nature preserve/trails that Little Traverse Conservancy have perfected in our area, we kayak the Sturgeon and Bear River and we especially love all day boat rides on Pickerel, Crooked and Burt Lakes.

I have been a Concord parent since September 2016. I enjoy volunteering for basically everything school related, from Kindergarten Centers, driving for field trips, planning/working events and more. I currently hold the Secretary position for the CFA and the President position for the CAP Board of Directors.

Thanks for getting to know me a little bit, I can't wait for a time when I can meet and get to know more of you!

Concord Family Association

Our Concord Family Association (CFA) has been a major supporter of Concord activities of all kinds. Fundraising is a major, ongoing project, but the Association provides critical support to Condord in other ways by providing a forum for direct communication between parents and administration. The CFA also organizes parent meetings and all school "get-togethers". The CFA offers a variety of opportunities for parents to get personally involved in activities that directly affect the whole Concord community.
