If you need any novels for your classroom library collection, please stop by the Learning Commons and browse our surplus books that are available. Principal Sound-Off is fast approaching. During CCC on Feb 18th, we will host our third and final Principal Sound-Off for the school year. This is an excellent opportunity for the student’s voice to be heard. Please have your representatives bring a list of positive ways or things your CCC would like to see implemented. Make sure to discuss realistic expectations with your students. For example, we cannot make changes to the Sodexo menu. Those changes would be a district level change.
Please send your CCC reps to the following areas:
Abeln through Gibson: Café with Dr. Lee and Ms. Weiss.
Gniadek through Pinkham: Cabana with Dr. Huff and Mrs. Nieder
G. Proctor to Zuber: Lecture Room with Mrs. James and Ms. Lester.
Thank you and if you have any further questions please ask.
Missouri Professional Learning Communities Survey closes February 17th
Below is information pertaining to a survey that the MO PLC would like for us to complete. This is for the certified staff. Please complete the survey by February 17, 2016.
Please follow the link below to complete the Missouri PLC Project Benchmark Assessment Tool (BAT) survey. This survey is designed to assess the implementation of PLCs in your building. A summary of the results will be used by your PLC leadership team and will be a valuable tool for making your school’s PLC as effective as possible. Your answers are completely confidential, and it should take approximately ten minutes to complete (longer for leadership team members). Should you experience any difficulties with the system, please report them to your principal.
Conference Meal for Today
The staff meals will be compliments of our Family and Community Engagement team parents. Today's conference meal will be a Taco Bar. A big thank you to our FACE parents who continue to support us in so many ways. Conference meals are just one way they are saying "Thank You" for the work you do each day with their children.
