Our students will have a new learning opportunity during this summer. Duval County Public Schools and Kids Hope Alliance invite you to apply for Summer Boost: a six-week academic remediation and enrichment program.

This summer school program will be available at six select middle schools. Applications will be open for DCPS students in 5th through 7th grade. Current 5th graders will apply to the middle school program using a separate registration link. Current 8th grade students are only eligible for credit recovery and should not use the Summer Boost link.

Our Summer Boost program will take place June 13 through July 22. The program will be from Monday through Friday from 9:30 am– 4:15 pm. The link to apply for Summer Boost program will go home today. All registration must take place electronically, and you can visit your child’s school for assistance if needed. The deadline to apply is April 29th. Seats are limited, and you will be notified if your child has been accepted to the program by May 23rd.

Flyers will be sent home on Monday with your child for more information.
