Poinsettias 2017
As we enter the holiday season, the Crossroads Worship Committee invites you to help us “deck the halls” with poinsettias. You may purchase a poinsettia November 26th-December 4th for $15.00 and place it in the church in honor or in memory of a loved one. The plants will be placed in the sanctuary on Sunday, December 10th. Any amount given over the $15.00 cost of your poinsettia will help the Worship Committee purchase new banners and paraments. An envelope will be provided for your purchase in this Sunday's bulletin.
Combined Sunday School Advent 2017 ,Faithful: Christmas Through the Eyes of Joseph
See the Christmas Story from a completely different perspective—Joseph’s. In this series, you see that we’re not that different from Joseph. True, we may not be part of a story that will be remembered for all time, but like Joseph, we encounter circumstances that we’d never choose for ourselves. At times, it can be tempting just to walk away, but Joseph provides us a great example of humbly obeying God even when we don’t understand, faithfully moving forward in the strength that God provides.
This is a new series from Adam Hamilton. We’ll gather in the sanctuary at 10:00am sharp beginning December 3rd and dismiss after the video to our individual classes. Books cost $10.00.
