Valentines Day
Full of stunning pinks and reds, love stories and chocolates
Definition
Valentines Day is celebrated by couples all around America. Consisting of stunning pinks and reds, the sappy love stories (that never actually happen in real life and all end the same) and a girls personal favorite, chocolate
Pink and Red Hearts
Of course we all know that this is not what a real heart looks like. But people have made a cliche version of well, an idea of a heart. This is used ALOT around valentines day. Mainly to represent love. In a display this draws the viewer into the store by grabbing their attention with a bundle of pink and red hearts.
Sappy Love Stories
The truth is, all couples watch the sappy love storys together. Knowing they all end the same, the boy has the girl, the girl leaves for some totally dramatic reason, the boy has an emotional break down, the girl returns only to make the super hard desicion to stay or to leave. Eventually the boy does indeed get the girl of his dreams and live happily ever after and die old together. If there was a love story represented in the display then you can guarantee that at least one girl is going to come into that store looking for the saddest, but most happy love story.
CHOCOLATE
Everyone says diamonds are a girls best friends. That is totally wrong. Chocolate is by far a woman's biggest addiction. Even if you're on one of those weight loss programs, they still send chocolate it just has less sugar. On valentines day the sure way to get to the ladies heart is simply through chocolate. If you're wanting to display chocolate that put it around EVERYTHING. Make chocolate cookies, or brownies, even cake!
Display
This is the perfect example of Valentines day. In this display you have the chocolate, the wonderful pinks and reds, and the little blue hearts that don't match the pink and red ones represent the tears that are shed while watching a sappy love story.
