To kick off National Reading Month, our friends at are inviting everyone to take part in "Let's All Read" week by granting access to their entire library free-of-charge from March 2-9. No need to login. Just go to for free entry. Simple.

Join Us in Helping Others

Free stories are only half the good news! BOOK IT! will be making a donation to Reading is Fundamental for each book read at One More Story. Help us reach 50,000 books viewed and we'll donate $5,000 to RIF.

A special message from One More Story:

Literacy is a key component to a fulfilling, inquisitive life, and so the goal of Let's All Read Week is to share the gift of reading with as many people as possible. We can't transform the world in just one week, but the love of reading is contagious. Once children have it, they will share it with friends, and in the future, with their own children, broadening the horizons for all!

Spread the love of reading with all your friends and family and help support Reading is Fundamental!

Storia, the online school library!

Storia was introduced to the school before Winter Break. This is an exciting new opportunity that is available to every student in MNVA Elementary! Each of the books in the Storia library are ebooks and delivered to you through your computer and internet access. Storia is customizable for your student too! As your homeroom teacher, I have the ability to add books to your student's bookshelf, but so do you! Storia supports reading and phonics skills as well as higher level standards. So these books may be specific books that are of interest to your student or may be beneficial when working on a certain skill. This wonderful school library is also accessible 24-7! There is no limit to how long you have a book and there are over 2,000 titles that are leveled and either fiction or nonfiction.

If you have not already, I urge you to log in and check it out today! (Any time spent in Storia library will be counted towards the attendance requirements.)

I have sent each student a Kmail with their Username and Password in them. However, if you need me to resend or reset your password, please let me know!

Happy Reading!
