Honors College Advisement for Fall 2016
Honors College Advisement is well underway! All Honors Scholars are required to meet with an HC advisor to ensure that they are staying on track in the curriculum.

The second workshop in the Student Success Series is sponsored by the Psychology Clinic and will focus on organizational and planning skills for students. Thesis Boot Camp
The Honors College is hosting a workday for Juniors and Seniors to help in the process of writing your thesis. Students MUST have completed HON 301 before attending these meetings. Food and snacks will be provided!

Big Event
The Honors College Ambassadors have the Big Event coming up on April 2nd! The deadline to sign up with the Ambassadors is March 28th.
This is a great opportunity for students to receive volunteer hours.

Volunteer Opportunity at the Science Fair
Another regional Science Fair is being hosted on campus this semester! The winners of the fair will represent our region at the state and national level. To make this happen they need volunteers. Those who help judge or assist the staff at the fair will be given volunteer hours.

Spanish in Spain: March 18 Deadline Extension
There is still time to spend this summer in Cadiz, Spain! Immerse yourself in the culture of Spain in the coastal city of Cadiz while you gain proficiency and confidence in the Spanish language. You will also have ample time to travel, explore world heritage sites, and participate in Spanish traditions, such as sampling tapas or spending time in cafés.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation
The internship programs through the CBCF prepare college students from all over the nation to become principled leaders, skilled policy analysts, and informed advocates through experience with legislators and leaders in all branches of government.
Three internships are available this summer with several scholarship opportunities for interested students.
