Original Works
Dear Coyote Creek families,
Your student's artwork is now up and posted on the original works website! This means that you can now view the online gallery and place your order. Please click HERE for more information and ordering instructions.
Our school code is "Cyocr" and is case sensitive. The deadline for ordering is April 16th.
All the ordering will be done online this year directly through the Original Works website, and your product will be shipped to your home. The Original Works program is the main way that we fundraise for art materials for our classroom. Please remember there is ZERO obligation to participate in the fundraiser, but a good portion of the sales comes back to the school to help us purchase some nice art materials for the kids to work with.
Thank you for your continued support of the arts, I hope you enjoy your spring break!

Yo-Yo Sales Summary
Thanks to your generosity, and student excitement for yo-yos, we took in just over $2200 during our Pay It Forward Yo-Yo sale! This means the NED Show can take their growth mindset message to another school with the funds we raised, just as the efforts of others before us brought the show to CCE at no cost. In addition, a portion of the money raised comes back to CCE in the form of NED messaged growth mindset school supplies. Thank you so much for your support of this effort. The kids were really excited about the assembly and our teachers and staff have had fun watching them practice and master their Yo skills at recess. In addition, I've had great conversations with students and teachers about the NED show and what kids are learning about the Power of YET!
A few final notes:
1. Please continue to remind your student of the NED motto - Never Give Up Encourage Others Do Your Best
2. Visit the NED website for helpful information about your child's yo-yo including trouble-shooting FAQs, additional merchandise, how to replace a broken or defective yo-yo, and video tutorials for some of the tricks students saw during the show.

Worth The Watch - 13 Things Mentally Strong Parents Don't Do In A Pandemic
I am a pretty decent parent, but if I can just work on two of the things she mentioned in the seminar, I think I will be may be little better than decent. I obtained a copy of last night's seminar and if you click HERE, you will be able to watch it. If you don't have a lot of time to watch the video, the meat of the seminar starts about 12 min in.
It is worth the watch!
