Presidents Bush and Clinton

Domestic Success and Foreign Policy Success (Bush)
One domestic success President Bush faced was the discrimination towards disable folk. Bush wasn't a fan of discrimination just like many other people, so he needed a solution for this problem. Bush then was looking for answers and he saw the ADA. This law was proposed in 1988 and signed into law by 1990. This was a huge step moving forward for disabled people.
One foreign policy success President Bush accomplished was handling issues in the Middle East. He needed to take care of Saddam Hussein. One famous attack was Operation Desert Storm. This operation launched attacks on Baghdad in the air then ground attacks for four days. We ceased fire and this was successful because I believed it scared Saddam Hussein, but he still remained in power.
Domestic Challenge and Foreign Policy Challenge (Bush)
One domestic challenge President Bush faced was his veto stamp. By this I mean he used over 40 times during his time in office. This became a bit annoying to people because almost nothing could get passed. People began to dislike him from using the veto all the time. H dealt with this problem by doing what he though was best for the country, even if that meant vetoing everything.
One foreign policy challenge President Bush faced was the coup d etat that was trying to happen in the Soviet Union. This wasn't good for Bush because he was an ally with Gorbachev, who was the leader of the Soviet Union. Bush responded by putting public pressure on the coup leaders. This might have held off the coup a bit, but Gorbachev later resigned an announced the end of the Soviet Union.
Domestic Success and Foreign Policy Success (Clinton)
One domestic policy success President Clinton accomplished was his strategy of improving the economy. He was not satisfied with what was left with him so he built a plan to fix the economy. His strategy was to raise the taxes on the upper class and spending cuts affected many poorer people. But, after these effects the economy began to flourish once again.
One foreign policy success President Clinton accomplished was by acting out towards the tensions in the Middle East. The tensions in the Middle East were raising again and we didn't want another war to break out, so Clinton negotiated. The Israel leader and the PLO leader came to agreement to not battle over issue anymore and this was a huge win for the USA. This was known as the New World Disorder.
Domestic Challenge and Foreign Policy Challenge (Clinton)
One domestic challenge President Clinton faced was him being impeached. This was a huge problem for him and the people who liked him as president because he was in risk of not being the president anymore. Clinton dealt with this problem by staying calm and trying to convince his affair in the White House with another woman wasn't worthy of being disseated from presidency. He was lucky enough to be acquitted by the Senate and he returned to his normal duties.
One foreign policy challenge President Clinton faced was his support of NAFTA. Not many people were sure if we should ratify this act or not. People were afraid It would affect American goods an lower the prices and value. Clinton faced these problems by letting the American people know this was the best decision for them as a country. Clinton prevailed and eventually signed the act.
