State testing volunteers needed!
We are in need of a few volunteers to help ensure testing goes as smoothly as possible. OVCA needs volunteers over 18 years of age to serve as Testing Proctors. Testing Proctors assist Testing Administrator and ensure all testing procedures are followed. Testing proctors cannot be in the same room as a family member.
Each day there are two volunteer times available. The morning time slot is 8:30-11:30 AM and the afternoon time slot is 12:30 PM-4:00 PM, these times are estimates you may not be needed the entire length of time. There is a short Testing Proctor Video Training that must be completed prior to your volunteer time. Please complete the link below if you are available to help.
