A Note from the principal

Parent Portal

If you have not set up your child's parent portal account, please go ahead and do so. You will not be able to see grades if you do not have your Parent Portal set up. You should have received a Parent Portal letter with account access information. If you do not have your account access information, please ask your child’s classroom teacher and they can provide the login information.

Returning Student Registration

For students that were here at Easley last year, if you have not completed the Returning Student Registration for your child, please log in to your Parent Portal account and go to “Returning Student Registration” and update your child's information there. This is the way to updated contact information, email addresses, free/reduced lunch forms, transportation for when we return and other information. This process takes the place of the Data Sheets that are usually sent home at the beginning of the school year. This option will close soon, so please update this as soon as possible.

Media Center Updates and Scholastic Book Fair

We still have one more week of book fair to go! Get all of your shopping done before next Sunday 9/27. All books will be shipped free to your home if you spend $25. Go to https://bit.ly/2ZiIhta to shop! Purchases benefit the library program.

It’s been wonderful giving out books at curbside checkout. Remember, if you place books on hold but don’t pick them up after 10 days, they are checked back in for other students to get. Family Academy a DPS Virtual Class Series

The District is hosting a series of family academy events with helpful topics such as getting familiar with your digital tools, learning about the new reading curriculum, and positive behavior supports just to name a few.

Coffee with the Counselor

Our new School Counselor, Ms. Laymen, will be hosting monthly session for parents on a variety of topics. The first session is Friday, September 25th at 8:30 AM via Zoom. The session will focus on the role of the School Counselor and highlight ways she can support your child.
