Please review the important message from Coronado Unified if you have not done so already. Questions can be directed to Lisa Alonso.

How to Help Your Child Recognize and Understand Anger

This week's article provides recommendations to assist parents when our little ones get angry. At preschool, our staff teach children, "It's okay to get angry" and we help provide them with strategies to calm down such as breathing, relaxing, and /or removing themselves into a calming area until they are calm and ready to play. Please read this week's articles for ideas and suggestions you can try at home!

Its time to give some feedback to the State of California regarding the free preschool program at Coronado Unified! Some of Coronado's State Funded Preschool families are provided with fee preschool funding from the Department of Education and each year the department wants to hear from the families regarding the preschool program being provided!

Please take a moment to fill out the REQUIRED SURVEY to the Department of Education, California if you are a family receiving a State Funded preschool slot and let us know the ways we can improve.
