TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTER
In an effort to limit the in-person visits to the Hardware Repair Center, LCPS encourages students and staff to continue to call the Technology Support Center for help on items such as password help, account access help, etc. They can be reached at 571-252-2112 and are available Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM.
Students who currently have a loaner (either a Chromebook or Dell) issued by their school should continue to use the loaner at this time. Do not return the loaner unless it is broken or malfunctioning.
HARDWARE REPAIR CENTER
The Hardware Repair Center is available to support the following:
- LCPS students and staff with a device that has physical damage
- LCPS students and staff who are referred to this service by Technology Support Center staff when their issue is unable to be resolved remotely
- Students and staff who will be leaving LCPS and need to turn in a device
- Students and staff who are new and need to pick up a device OR students who were unable to get their device when it was deployed
If you meet one of these criteria, make an appointment using the scheduler.
Arrive at the center (43711 Partlow Road, Ashburn) at your appointment time and call 571-252-2100 from your vehicle in the parking lot to check in.
Remain in your vehicle and you will be called when it is time to enter the building.
Please have as few persons enter as possible. Do not send in unattended children.
The Technology Support Center does not have replacement chargers for students to purchase at this time. They are available for purchase from Daly for $30.75.
HOT SPOTS
If you require assistance in obtaining internet service, please call the Technology Support Center at 571-252-2112, or submit a request.
GOOGLE HANGOUTS
Parents, please caution your children to stay off the app Google Hangouts chatting with friends. Principal Loya has received an abnormal amount of alerts from a company called Gaggle regarding inappropriate language in these chats. School devices are to be used for school work only. Thank you for your support.

CENSUS INFORMATION
The Census is a nationwide count of everyone living in the U.S. and is conducted every 10 years. All residents in the U.S. should have received a letter in the mail by now. Every person in your home of any age, relation, or immigration status should be counted. If you have relatives or children that split time in your home, they should be counted where they live and sleep most of the time.
WHY IS THE CENSUS IMPORTANT?
For every person not counted, Loudoun County expects to lose $2,000 in federal funding per person each year over the next 10 years. Your response makes sure Loudoun receives more than $31 million a year for programs that benefit every Loudoun resident, including many critical school programs. Most census funding goes toward our schools, so your response impacts your child's future.
PHOENIX HELP
YEARBOOK ORDERS
The yearbook has been completed and will be shipped to the school in May. Information regarding distribution will be given once that has been determined. It is not too late to order a yearbook! The price is currently $35 but will increase on April 20th. Buy a one-of-a-kind keepsake that your student can look back on year after year.
